SHIPPING
Please allow up to one week for an item to ship after purchase. I offer free domestic shipping to the US. I ship with USPS and will provide a tracking number as soon as an item ships. International shipping rates vary and will be calculated at checkout. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please read the item descriptions carefully and know your ring size before purchasing.
RESIZING AND REPAIRS
Most items cannot be resized. The item description will say if resizing is available. Proper jewelry care should avoid any damage, but in the case that your item becomes damaged, reach out via email and we can discuss a repair. If I can fix it I will!
JEWELRY CARE
It is normal for metal to tarnish or scratch over time and for some stone variations to occur. You can slow down this process by storing pieces separately in a cool, dry and dark place. Do not wear jewelry while bathing, swimming or engaging in strenuous activity. Avoid perfumes, lotions and chemicals coming in contact with your jewelry.
